Simple to use weight control program. The rolling average makes it easy to get positive feedback for continued weight loss. Self-motivation is needed to loose weight; but positive feedback every day is encouraging. I have to get the green average line below my blue target line. Target is 75 pounds weight reduction in 6 months. This little APP will certainly help.
